Shipping, Returns and Warranty

Shipping

The checkout process will provide a price based upon the total weight and dimensions of the items in your shopping cart. Once you confirm your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail and your order will be shipped shortly. Once shipped, tracking information will be forwarded to the e-mail address that you provided during checkout.

  • All items are shipped via UPS.
  • Shipping and/or freight charges are non-refundable.
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping and/or freight charges for any refused or returned items.

Returns

Returns of Dental Water Technology, Inc products are rare due to their high customer satisifaction rate. If, for some reason, you are unsatisified with your purchase or purchased the wrong item, you may return it based on the following policies:

  • Filters, Cartridges and Reverse Osmosis Membranes - May be returned only if unopened.
  • Faucets - May be returned only if unused.
  • Mint-A-Kleen - May be returned only if unopened.

If you are returning a product within 30 days of purchase, you are eligible for a 100% refund. If you are returning a product after 30 days, there will be a 15% restocking fee.

Please note, the customer is responsible for all shipping and/or freight charges for any refused or returned items.
